No video display

I recently transitioned my parts from a mid tower to a mini itx and finally got everything running, only main issue is that nothing will display on my monitor. I checked all of my connections and they'e right so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm using HDMI directly into my graphics card (which I've done before). I've also been having an issue where my power button will turn on the PC 80% of the time, sometimes I have to use a screwdriver, but the pwr button always works to turn the computer off. I just have no idea what's going on with this thing.

Did the mini-ITX case come with its own power supply, or are you using the same PSU as was in your old build?

My psu wouldn't fit so I bought a new one. It's a 600W which is supposed to work with my gpu which is a 2GB Radeon HD 6950. Do you think the psu is faulty? or just not supplying a sufficient amount of power?

Well, The size of that PSU is definitely sufficient, so it's either faulty or horribly inefficient. What PSU is it?
