Question No video, even BIOS with new MSI GTX 1660 Ti VENTUS XS OC

Tried to update my graphics card, an MSI R7750, with a MSI GTX 1660 Ti VENTUS XS OC but when I replaced it I got no video at all not even the bios screen. No error codes. My mb doesn’t have integrated graphics, so I tried putting both cards in and I get video thru the old card but still nothing thru the 1660 Ti and it doesn’t show up in device manager. BIOS updated to most recent drivers. Before throwing my old card back in I cleared the CMOS. Power supple has been tested with no issue.

SSD/HDD: 2x 2TB Crucial BX500 SATA SSD

Then i think you have a dud GPU. Or that PSU you have is really really bad and can't power it properly. Was this a brand new purchase or a used purchase?

My thinking is that it was a dud but I wanted to make sure I exhausted all other possibilities. The PSU is less than 3 months old and I pulled it out of another working computer without an issue, the other computer just didn’t need a 1000w PSU. The GPU is a non-manufacturer referb.
