[SOLVED] No video from gpu nor motherboard

I just put a new asus z390 prime in and a new i7-9700k with 16gb of Corsair vengeance 3200 thx 1070 ti and a 650 watt power supply and a deep cool water cooler does anyone know what I should do or just return the motherboard

Make and model of the PSU? 650W is the wattage, not the brand or series of the PSU. Inspect the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins. Try with only one stick of ram, while breadboarded and without the discrete GPU.
