No video input after motherboard upgrade

Hello guys, i just bought a new motherboard asus z170-a and my monitor says "no video input" i used to use msi h110m motherboard everything was fine. My pc specs

Cpu:intel i5 6500 3.2mhz
Gpu:gtx 1060 g1 gaming
Mobo:asus z170-a
Psu:master cooler gx 650w
Ram:ballistix ddr4 2x8 gb 2400mhz

I tryed clear cmos, reinstall every component again and nothing, my pc turns on, fans spining, light up, every cable perfectly in but "no video input" maybe my modo is not match with cpu? Any help please...

have you tried the motherboard's integrated graphics? If not that then your motherboard might be dead.

I tryed 2 different mobos msi z170a gaming pro and asus z170a brand new, same thing no video input, yes i tryed also integrated graphics with no gpu nothing happens

The motherboard may have a corrupt graphics bus. I'd return and refund it.

Problem solved, cpu was dead... installed same i5 6500 and now works fine
