No video input

Hey guys,i have a no video input at the monitor.I had a fan wich was causing problems and somebody came to my place and unplugg it.Computer was working without the fan but it was getting hot really fast so i decided to risk my computer and plug the fan back.I tried to plug the fan back and restarting computer.Was saying no video input.When i boot up the computer i have one long beep and is continous. I tried the followings :

1.Remove battery for 30sec/1minute/5 minutes
2.Plug the fan back
3.Change monitor and the blue VGA cable
4.Wiggle the GPU
5.Unplugg every RAM and clean it
What can i do now?

GPU: nVidia GeForce 9600 GT 512MB
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 5000+ 2,60 Ghz
RAM : 4 GB

Might be a ram problem, try testing your ram make sure its not badly seated in the slot, and test one at a time.

I did this, i blow up some air on every single piece of ram(there are 4 pieces) and it didnt worked.

Try one at time, and see if it starts up.

Long beeps mean that the ram is not being recognize, either your motherboard has gone bad, or your Ram sticks.
