A few days ago my sytem was working fine, but when i booted it the next morning the screen got stuck and i tried to reboot the system (this happened befor sometimesand a reboot worked everytime) but when i rebooted the system for the third time i got no video input at all. Everythnig seems to be working, all fans are spinning and LED's are on. I tried to replace some components and concluded it was probably my motherboard. I later attched a buzzer on the mobo which keeps repeating 3 beeps.

Are there other ways to repair the system and how could i know it is not the CPU?

This is what i tried so far:
1 stick of RAM on each DIMM slot.
Tried useing other: RAM, PSU, GPU, monitor with other cable
booting the system without HDD and SSD
booting the system just with: CPU, GPU, PSU and mobo
resetting BIOS with Jbat 1,
taking out the CMOS for 5 min.
Are there other ways to repair the system and how could i know it is not the CPU?

GPU: MSI OC GTX 650 TI BOOST
MOBO: MSI 970 GAMING
PSU: XFX 550W
HDD: 1TB Seagate
SSD: 120 GB kingston --> windows on SSD
