No video input

Hello. I have a problem with my new gpu, message No video input it keeps showing, I bought the gpu 3 days ago, everything works fine until today when I applied thermale paste on cpu. I plugged gpu, USB and the rest but No video input it keeps showing... I tried a different gpu but nothing
Specs;
Gpu: r9 380 4gb
Cpu: i5 3350p
Motherboard: h61m p20 g3
Ram: 8gb
Psu: njoy wgx 500w

Yes I have the last one, it could be psu? I tried to unplug ram and start without it but no beep comes from motherboard.
