No video is playing on my iphone

So I haven't been able to watch YouTube videos for the past 2 days they just stay at the spinning wheel every thing else loads like comments and other videos to watch but when I clicked on those videos they won't play and recently it has been happening to live streams from twitch and videos through safari and other browsers I've unplugged my router countless times and other devices that are on the same wifi work fine

Update your iphone to IOS 8.4.1 Its a small 56MB update. I had this video problem and this fixed it for me.
