[SOLVED] No video on 1070ti

Ok so I’m refreshing my old build with a pretty case. It’s got an ASUS sabertooth 990fx mobo and an amd Fx 8350 vishera black edition cpu EVGA GTX 1070ti, a 1tb wd hdd, 8gb of ram. It worked yesterday in the old case but now with all components swapped to my new case, it powers on but no video out!! I’ve swapped pci slots, checked a different hdmi cable I don’t have any other cable(vga or dvi or display port) I’ve tried unplugging everything and starting over making triple sure everything was plugged in right. The left fan on the gpu spins and on initial start the right begins to spin but never fully spins up. Also tried another anther gpu a gtx 1050 and same thing.

Is the HDMI cable plugged into the GPU or the rear IO? It should be in the GPU. It's a real derp but I have done it myself...
