No video or boot up with FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0

Hello, I need some help here. I just did a custom build (my third one) and I am not getting any video or boot up. If I remove the ram I get 3 short beeps, I can reinstall the ram and nothing. I have tried to reset the bios with the clear cmos jumper with no luck. I have never had this issue. help!

Make and model on the power supply? Make sure all connections are hooked up and properly seated. Beeping because you don't have ram installed is normal.

That is a tier 5 fire hazard, of a PSU. You need to get rid of that thing and get a proper tier 1 or 2 unit. I would not be the least bit surprised if that is your problem, as those are dangerously bad quality units.

Still no luck with this PSU EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W. Bad mother board?

I would say if you havent tried it already, try everything before replacing motherboard.
Secure everything and make sure everything is plugged in firmly.
Try one stick of ram in each slot, then try other ram stick
Reflash bios in case it is corrupted
Try on board graphics and unplug GPU
if everything fails I would replace the motherboard and give it a go that way, but thats just me.

While better than what you had, that still isn't a very good PSU. It is possible that the old one damaged your motherboard. That is why you should never cut corners on PSU quality.
