I am new to computers and built one the other day with everything working fine (as of right now). my fans all get power , everything from F-Panel is all connected properly, my ram sticks are both seated propery (they are lighting up which i presume is seated properly), my cpu cooler is all operational and my Gpu is recieving power, BUT i am not getting any video output from my graphics card or motherboard. what did i do wrong?

Solution
If you upgraded your graphic card, you need to first uninstall your old graphic card drivers.
If not, then remove your graphic card, 1 ram stick(It you have 2 sticks). and try to run computer.
If your pc working fine without graphic card, then Find out which graphic drivers are installed.

One more thing, Write your pc specifications in question so we can give you more suggestions easily.

are you sure supplemental CPU PWR is concected from PSU to mainboard?

Sure GPU is receiving supplemental PCI-e pwr from PSU?

(unsure of what mainboard/cpu you are using, just be aware that no new Rxen boards have functioning integrated video at the CPU level, so you are forced to connect to GPU currently)

You are better to list your PC specifications first.
