Question No video out when using B550M PRO VDH WIFI

I just got this motherboard and I built everything and I just won't post, I know my components work since I tested them on my other motherboard but there simply isn't a display out from either the motherboard or GPU.

My specs are
16gb ddr4 gskill ram
Aorus 3060 OC 12gb
Ryzen 5 3600X
Corsair cv650 power supply
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Was this a new or used purchase?

The first listed BIOS revision is compatible with the 3600X. I don't see any notes in the BIOS revisions stating that updating to or past would drop 3xxx support.

Do you happen to have access to any other CPU and/or memory to try in this motherboard?

I bought it from someone but they stated it had almost never been used and I've tried all components in another board and they work fine

I should also state it looks almost brand new

Unless this is a buddy I would consider they likely aren't about to give your money back. You could maybe check with them to see if they have receipt and ever registered warranty, if it is still in, but this sounds an awful lot like a bad mobo.

Should've mentioned everything boots up and works just no display like there is full power to the motherboard, until recently the VGA light was on but it stopped after I had downgraded and upgraded the bios by flashing it

There's also sometimes like a second where it looks as if it's about to display something than just stops
