I just bought this Mobo and a bunch of different parts to build an HTPC. But when I boot the system I just can't get any video output, can't even see the boot-up/bios screen. I've tried using both DVI and VGA/D-Sub.

The system seem to be stable, it doesn't reboot or make an sounds at all. Any ideas?

EDIT: Tried mounting it outside the chassis and reset CMOS just in case, no changes.

Thanks for the answer Philip, I'm using the built in GPU.

Below are all the parts in the computer.
Chassi/PSU: In Win BP655 Mini-ITX (200W PSU)
Mobo/Processor: Gigabyte GA-J1900N-D3V mITX
RAM: Corsair 4GB (1x4GB) CL9 1600Mhz VENGEANCE
SSHD: 2TB Seagate Desktop SSHD 8GB 7200rpm 64MB

Using integrated GPU, so power shouldn't be an issue, though personally I wouldn't use a PSU under 300w even for a basic system.
You need to establish that the monitor is actually in working order by connecting it to another system, as that aspect is often overlooked.
Often turns out to be a dead monitor.
