Hello all, this all started yesterday evening when my pc suddenly stopped displaying to my monitor(I was having problems booting and my files were randomly corrupting causing me to have to roll back my system to get into windows, not sure if related, system files were on an ssd). When I boot my pc everything seems to run, bar one fan which starts at first and stops a splitsecond later and doesnt run, cpu, gpu, and case fans other than that are all working it seems. My pc doesnt restart or reboot it just wont output video, and i'm not really sure what I can do to further troubleshoot my system so I figured the experts here might be able to help.

System is running an i3-4150 with stock heatsink
Msi gtx 750 ti
8gb(2x4gb) gskill ram
Refurb Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI(what I suspect may be the problem, since it is the only thing that is out of warranty and it would be just my luck)
And a cx430, which I know isnt the best but seems to be working.

You should still be able to boot into bios or see POST screen regardless of the corruption in the SSD. If you have a spare PSU I'd recommend swapping it out. Try and eliminate variables. If you think the SSD is a possible issue swap that out as well or disconnect it. Your mobo could have given out as well.

I have no spare parts sadly, I'm looking into seeing if I have a multimeter around the house or if I need to get something to test the psu. Also I forgot to mention, when it starts up the cpu fan starts then stops for a second, then it starts up and runs(could that be causing issues?)

Files missing/corrupt according to startup repair, just took out one of my ram sticks and reset the cmos and it booted, so apparently it was one of the sticks of ram

Not sure exactly what was causing it, but right now im installing a fresh copy of windows to one of my other drives(rip all that csgo footage :'( ) and hopefully that allows me to plug my ssd in and clear windows off of that to see if I can get some important files off of it without wiping the data with a clean windows install
