No video output from PC

I turned my pc on , and i was blue screened, i then turned my pc off by holding the power button till it turned off. Now all it does is turn on but nothing comes up on my monitor, so i think there is no out put of video, can someone please help.

did you get access to the bios?
are you connected from the gpu to monitor? which cable hdmi or dvi?

Not sure on the Rev, but i cant get on the bios and my hdmi is gpu to monitor

did you connect the two pci-e power 6 pins on the gpu?

did you connect all the connectors on the mobo? like the cpu power connector 8 or 4 pins?

i asked my computer science teacher and he said to buy a new mobo
