I just replaced my motherboard, and I plugged everything back in but my monitor says that it is detecting no output from my computer. The motherboard works (the fans all turn on when power is applied). My graphics card also turns on (the fan spins), and I have checked to make sure that my VGA cable and monitor aren't at fault. The motherboard is an Asus M5A97. I have tried using an HDMI cable for output as well but nothing is working. Is my Graphics card broken or do I need to reinstall drivers or is it something else?

I also have another question: Will I have to reinstall windows if the only thing that has been changed is the motherboard?
