Ive mow bought 2 new mobos.
Because the first one suddently died while rendering, bought a new one, turns on doesnt boot.
Brought it back, bought a new one again and does the exact same thing.

My new motherboard turns on, but does not boot. Yes i checked the checklist. Please dont come with that.
When i turn it on it gives no video output on hdmi, yes ive tried many more monitors and different cables. Ive tried a new videocard on hdmi, still no difference. Ive tried to use a dvi to hdmi adapter, no difference. Ive not tried dvi itself cuz i dont have the cable and monitor for it. Ive tried my old cpu, no difference.
Ive tried a new psu, no change.
Ive deleted all ram test, no speaker beep and yes its plugged in correctly.
My mouse gets power from usb but my 2 keyboards dont.
I got the new motherboard today so it has not broken while i used it.

My pc specs are
Gigabyte GA-970A Gaming am3+ mobo
Rx460
Amd fx8320
4x ballstix sport ddr3 1600
Seidon 120v watercooler
500watt psu from coolermaster
128gb ssd hyperx
1tb WD blue.

God bless the person who fixes my pc. Thank you. Without a pc for 3 months now.

Solution
Yes, the ga-970a does support the fx4300 or fx8320.

If the PC will not boot at all, you should try these steps.
1) Test the GPU in other PC, make sure it works or not. 2) clear the CMOS by the jumper or removing the CMOS battery. 3) remove all the RAM and boot device. 4) because your PC does not have the onboard iGPU, you will need one GPU, that is why you need to make sure the GPU works or not. 5) using the AMD stock cpu cooler to test the PC. 6) check the cpu to see it has the bent pin(s) or not, because you test both cpus, I think they should not have.
Now you try this: Clear the CMOS, add the GPU, and AMD cpu stock cooler, no RAM and no boot device. Then boot the PC to see what happens. 1) The PC will boot, but you get no RAM and...
alright so i tried my old am3+ cpu (fx 4300) again, now it f*in turns off after 1.5 sec. Dont know if he is supported but has to be cuz its am3+. Put my 8320 back in and does the same thing again, no screen, no post, no beeps at all.
