No video output signal new motherboard

I installed a Ryzen 2700 on msi B450m motherboard, all connections are correct, PC boot up (hdd, led, cpu led...) but no video signal from neither my geforce or motherboard, could it be a bad thermalpaste spreading??

Msi B450m gaming plus
Btw case fan is not spinning, only a tiny red led lights on the motherboard. Could it be a power cable to the motherboard?
My ex msi gaming m3 board used to have more lights

Yes from the psu the 8 pins and the big connector. There are also 4+4 pins plug, should I try it?
I also plugged a pcie to sata adapter that I plugged in one of the small pcie slot, could it stop the mobo to work ?

Try leaving only the 24 and the 4+4 pin cables connected. No other wires. Start the board and see if the CPU fan does spin.

If the cpu had a bent pin would it do the same?
When I placed gently the 2700 on the socket it was not aligned so I slided it gently about 1mm and it fitted perfectly, could the very faint slide bent pins?

I don't think that the not spinning fans are related to bent pins.

I unplugged the pcie to sata, replugged 3x ppwer cables, took out the cmos battery for 1mn, the plugged back the geforce...it's working!!
