Question No video output when installing graphics drivers

Whenever i install a graphics driver, when its nearing completion, the display cuts off and it never comes back. The pc is still running, as in the fans and everything are all spinning and all that but the display is gone.

After booting into safe mode and uninstalling the driver everything went back to normal. Ive tried alot of adrenaline drivers all giving the exact same problem.

GPU: AMD radeon hd 7850
Cpu: amd ryzen 1700
Mobo: msi b450i gaming plus ac
Psu: silverstone sx500 80+ gold
Ram: Klevv 2x8gb (16gb) ddr4 2666mhz

Dont have another system to test it on unfortunately however it was working around september
