No video output

Installed R9 380 sapphire nitro. no video output. Fans and lights are present just on signal from GPU. This is the second sent #1 back to amazon. Old hd 7770 works great?????

What is the make and model, on your PSU?

Yes as the guy above is suggesting, your PSU might not be big enough to actually power your GPU. If that is the case then a PSU swap will be needed and it's pretty simple anyway. What PSU have you currently got?
