My story so far: PC bluescreened on boot (irql_not_less_or_equal) with artifacts on screen. Repeated booting yielded no result: BSOD when it got to windows login (irql_not_less_or_equal; memory_management; kernel_security_check_failure). After next few attempts, the PC would freeze whenever windows logo appeared when it tried to boot up. BIOS POST was fine. Launching in safe mode didn't help.
I though it was the last of my GPU, since it was old (~8 years), and got a new one (Asus 750ti 2gb). However, after installing the new GPU, there was still no video output.\

At this point I have no clue what to do next.

Specs:
Q9500 @ stock
4gb ddr3
ASUS p5g41t mlx
GPU old: Inno 3d NVIDIA GT 440 1 GB
GPU new: ASUS NVIDIA GTX 750 ti 2 GB

750ti can run with legacy bios.
Though that's another thing. Will test if the new GPU is even outputting... if i get a hold of a testbench
UPD: on UserBenchmark you can find builds with this motherboard and 750ti
