When I power on the computer, there is no output to monitors. No video on both internal graphics and video card. Lights and fans are working.

I have connected the monitor and cable to another computer and verified it works.

Can there be a faulty motherboard, CPU, RAM or power supply?

Specs:
  • Asus Z97-P
  • Intel i5-4670k
  • Corsair 1666 MHz 2x4GB
  • Cooler Master G650M (power supply)

Without RAM it’s one long, two short, repeating.

With one RAM in any slot, it starts with four low-pitch beeps, then one long, three short and not repeating.

Tried with different RAM sticks.

After testing CPU and RAM in another computer and testing another CPU and RAM in this computer I have determined the motherboard is faulty.

It can be the PSU too. More likely because of the high current, high temperatures and current spikes from the power network. A bad capacitor in the power unit can cause weird problems, check capacitors for leaks and bulbs.
