Question No video output

My pc was working perfectly yesterday. I left it in sleep mode overnight and woke up to find that it was not outputting to my tv. Ive tried cold rebooting, reseating my gpu and ram and disconnecting my drives. My motherboard (msi b450 tomahawk) has debug leds for cpu, dram, vga and boot. All of these clear without any issues when I try to start my pc. I still get no output signal whatsoever. Not even the bios logo. And yes I have cleared my cmos.

I have also tested the cable and the display with my ps4. Both of them work fine.

The gpu is a used msi gtx 970 4gb.

I repeat everything worked fine yesterday.

I am at my wits end.

Is there any sound from the fan in the power supply unit or can you see it spinning?
