ryzen 5 2600 w/ stock cooler
1 8gb ram stick
Gigabyte A320m-s2h
Gigabyte 1050
Raidmax 380w ps
1tb hard drive
128ssd
Lg disc drive

No video output. Disconnected everything and reconnected, and still nothing. I've used mobo, cpu, ram before. 1050 is from another build. Ssd and HD is new.

Solution
I've used mobo,cpu,ram before

If you've used these components before and it was working, then you have the appropriate BIOS already installed.

I'm leaning towards your power supply not able to provide sufficient power to the PCI-Ex16 expansion slot. If you can, test with another power supply

Edit: What graphics card were you using before the GTX 1050?
