Question No video output

I have been using this computer for 5 years and now when I power it up there is no video. And I mean no video, not onboard VGA DVI HDMI DP or HDMI DVI DP from video card. The mobo is an ASROCK Z97 Etreme 4. After looking at the forum about this board it seemed like I was lucky to have gotten 5 years out of it. So I bought a new ASUS Z97-A and guess what, same problem. Hit the power button and the fans, HDDs video card and board all fire up but no video, so I can't get to the bios. Since I got a new board and swapped everything over it is not a ram, CPU, video card seating issue.

Mobo ASROCK Z97 Etreme 4 or ASUS Z97-A

i7 4790k
2x 8gb 1600 ram
1TB m2 SSD
nVidia GTX 1060

test with a different monitor? test with igpu?

The monitor works fine for my security camera and my PS4, so it is not the monitor. I am unfamiliar with igpu? I just got finished testing the PSU. It fires up when jumped and every wire tests for correct voltage.

igpu is the integrated gpu, that cpu have them
what the brand and model of the psu?

PSU is Viotek 800watt
