No Video POST or Bios

Hey guys im having an issue with my first build ill list the specs to start:
Asrock FM2A75m -dgs
Amd a4 cpu gpu combo
1 × crucial ballistix 4gb ram
Corsair c430 power supply (430 watt)

So did I order wrong PSU (my fans seem to be spinning very slow and lagging) and im getting no signal! Please help im desperate

Which A4?
There's a sticker on the board's BIOS chip.
What version is printed there?
