No video signal new build

This is my system:
-MSI B450M pro.
-Ryzan 2600.
-RX580.
-650W CX 80 plus Bronze.
-Benq monitor HDMI Cable.

Every fan is spinning, including the GPU fans.
The motherboard flashes CPU ez debug led a couple of times and it turns off.
I previously had a ram incorrectly plugged in which caused the DRAM ez debug led to stay on, i fixed that so i assume it is correctly plugged in.
The monitor is in HDMI mode.
What could the cause of this issue be? Maybe a CMOS problem, i tried connecting to the Board but it produces the same result,

You need to update your bios to use your cpu, you can either buy a b450 motherboard, or contact AMD for a boot kit so you can update the bios

Holy crap, im actualy using a B450M, my mistake.

Yeah it'll tell you on screen typically. Probably easier to get b450 board than that anyway... But it's your call

I tried both, no luck.

Definitely needs to be in the GPU for any luck, as there is no onboard video with ryzen. You do have the cpu power plugged in right? 4 or 8 pin connector near socket

If you are referring to the 4-8 pin that connects from the PSU to the graphics card itself which is probably what is making the fans work, yes, but nothing else, any other cables/inputs related to the CPU are unknown to me.

Yes, that cable is connected, maybe the LED would stay on on the boards debug.

CPU debug led just stays on now, i will check it out.

Weird behaviour, sometimes stays on, others goes off, the cpu EZ debug led.

The last thing i checked was the CPU power, i unplugged that cable and it is the same behaviour, the CPU is not doing anything, it might be necessary to contact the supplier.
