No video signal on a monitor after plugging out the pc.

So, basically, when I was vacuuming my room, I plugged out my pc and monitor from everything, and placed it on my carpet. After plugging everything in, when I turn on my PC, my monitor tells me there is no signal. The monitor is a BENQ 24" monitor. After that, I resocketed my GPU. No luck. Please help.
PC specs :
AMD CPU. (can't remember the exact name, sorry.)
MOBO: MSI A88X-45G
GPU: Radeon R7 270
PSU: 850W corsair.
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2x4GB

Double check all the wires are reconnected properly, and everything is getting power. Try a different cable.

Try the monitor using the integrated graphics and see if it gets a signal.

Try the monitor on a different computer, and the desktop with a different monitor.

@digitaldoc I don't have a spare monitor or a desktop, but I did reconnect all the cables, no luck.

Gonna be near impossible to fix this without any spare parts to troubleshoot it.

Do you have HDMI out and can plug the computer into a TV?

does your computer beep when you turn it on?

No, it doesn't, but the thing is, I don't have a beeper connected to my motherboard. It didn't come with one.

how many inputs are on your monitor? do you have the monitor set to the right input?
what is your monitor model?

It has a VGA, and a DVI. It is properly plugged in. It's a BENQ GL2460

Yes, I did.

turn on the computer and monitor and on the back right side of the monitor press the second button down

then you will need to disconnect everything inside but your cpu ram videocard and power to the other board and try it like that

remove all but 1 ram stick

I just noticed my GPU fan is working quite weird, powering off and on every few seconds.

Just removed one of the ram sticks - the GPU fan is working fine.

are you getting video on your monitor?

try reseating all ram sticks and makeing sure they are firmly in place if you get no video like that test the ram sticks one at a time, if the all work test each ram slot.
