Question No video signal or USB after Windows 10 install needs to restart?

When Windows install gets to the part where it says it needs to restart to continue, it goes off but the video signal and mouse and keyboard do not, they work fine up until this point.

Okay managed to get windows installed but whenever I restart it it doesn’t boot up usb or video signal, but will do if booting from being completely shut down...
