So I recently got into pc gaming because I have been stuck on a shitty work laptop.
Specs for those who need them: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jzipp99/saved/3aeP

Now, I turn on the pc fan cases spin, psu fans spin Graphics card not installed yet because I need drivers for it and need to use on board drivers before I use my 780. However, a splash screen has not come on my monitor. I got my motherboard replaced, no post beep either. I know the speakers are working because the LED on the audio boost technology panel is turned on. But I think it's a processor problem. I know it isn't a PSU problem, The fan spins, however the fan can spin and the PSU is screwed up (if thats possible). And the motherboard wasn't a problem the pc turns on but no video signal. Do you think this is a CPU problem? Or what? I know the monitor is fine. Thanks in advance.

Solution
You do know that you can put your videocard in, windows will load generic drivers for it till you get windows fully installed, then you install the drivers for the 780.

Also check to make sure you have all the power connectors plugged into the motherboard, should have the 24pin and 8pin. make sure the motherboard 8pin is coming for the cpu1 plug on the PSU and not a 8pin pci-e plug.
