Question No video signal to monitor on new build PC

Hello,

I have just competed my first build for several years and everything seems fine except the lack of a video signal to the monitor.

There is also no post beep from the motherboard and it doesn't beep when there's no RAM.

Everuthing appears to have power and I have reseated the graphics card, cpu (checking for bent pins) and the RAM.

Compinents are,

Asus TUF B450-PLUS GAMING
Ryzen 5 3600 processor
Radeon 5500 RX 5500XT gpu
Crucial ballistix 32gb ddr4 2666 mhz RAM
System power 9 500w power supply.

Annoyingly I only have wireless keyboard and mouse.

I would say the motherboard needs a BIOS update to work with the processor

Thank you, but how would I update the bios if I can't get any output from the monitor?
