No video signal

I purchased a brand new pc.a gigabyte a320m-sh2 motherboard ,amd 200GE processor.4gb drr4 ram,a new psu.i plugged them but not getting any display.the cpu fans work but still nit geeting any signal.i connected to my hdmi port and bios went on and then still no signal.please help.what do i need to do.do i need to update Bois on my motherboard to get signal from vga.

No doubt that processor needs a BIOS upgrade to a newer version to work.

I am having a problem my pc has window 10 installed on it and has 4gb of ram on it but the pc shows installed ram as 3.45gb what is happening.
