No Video/USB connection.

i recently stripped down my PC to give her a nice clean down, gentle of course, and when i go to reassemble the PC, i triple check to ensure all connections are proper. i proceed with the assembly and when i boot it up, all fans, LC units, and Processor power is delivered, but i am getting not USB power/connections and Video will not display with both On board or Discrete GPU.

i currently have a A-10 7850K at 4.7 Ghz:
2 R9 290X,
16 Gigs Of AMD R9 Series Ram @2133 Corsair H100i LC, and a Coolermaster M2 Silent Pro 1000w PSU.

i check to ensure a Ram stick did not go out, or the module was misplaced. all seems to be exactly as it functions beforehand.

i currently do not have Audio due to it being through USB.

i have reassured the CPU was fitted correctly, and made sure CPU Power and 24 pin was connected.

any idea's?

You say on-board graphics doesn't work either. I assume you do realise that on-board one only works when you remove the two graphics cards?
