Question No video with HD 7850 or RX 550

Hello Everyone, I have a MS-7693 mobo and I am currently running a GTS 250 pro GPU in my system. It runs but i wanted to put my HD 7850 graphics card in it. I put the card in the computer and boot up but all i get is a blue screen that says no signal, there is no post no beeps, the GPU fan comes on and spins nicely but nothing else. My power supply is a 700 watt and this also does the same thing when i put in a RX 550 only thing i can see is that these other 2 cards are AMD and the GTS 250 is a Nvidia. I am just not sure what going on with these cards. I do know they work i use them in another system to test. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you very much.

Hello Rgd1101 tanks for the reply, i have a Apevia 700w, but was using a coolmax 500watt that ran my HD7850.
