No video

Hello,
I have a dell optiplex gx520 as I was using it last night the monitor went blank and then said no signal. I restarted and got beeps and the number 3 and 4 lights on the front of the case came on is the video card bad ? or do i have other problems ? Thanks

That LED error code means a memory subsystem configuration activity or failure. Try re-seating the memory in the system (according to Dell support site). This issues is usually resolved by re-seating but it could be bad/defective memory
