No Voice audio in windows 10 but I have sound

All Voice tracks in videos or movies seem muted I have sound can play music can hear the soundtracks on movies but only the voice tracks cannot be heard unless you really turn up the volume then you can faintly hear the voices but it is drowned out by the other audio tracks it's only the voices and it is driving me mad I've reinstalled every audio driver I've done everything except a clean install but I did the upgrade from windows 7 and that takes forever to do a complete reinstall
I have a intel 5280 cpu msi sli-plus main-board anyone had this issue and been able to rectify it

What's the software that you're using to play those movies? (VLC or Media Player) If you're using VLC as you player please do try this link which tells you what to do in order to solve the issue.

If you're using Media Player try installing K-Lite Codec that may solve the issue.

I have used VLC Media Player and MPC-HC They all do the same thing setting the normalization in VLC did not help in VLC tried the L-lite version still no go the voices are muted but the rest of the audio plays fine
