No way to do factory reset on windows 10

I bought an acer laptop 6 months ago with windows 10. Now windows 10 did an update yesterday and because of this I have problems on my laptop. I want to do a factory reset but there is no button for a factory reset. Normally you have 3 options when you want to do a reset. 1. Keep my files 2. Remove everything 3. Restore factory settings. The[strike] thirth[/strike] third option isn’t there. How can I solve this to do restore factory settings.

Which Acer laptop is it? Perhaps there are recovery disks you can use? Sometimes you need to get them from the maker of laptop
