No WIFI for Secondary router as AP mode

Hi
I have managed to connect two routers together and able to surf the internet via Secondary router using AP mode. However I cannot seem to be able to connect wirelessly via Secondary router. Primary router has no problem. What am i missing here ?
How can I check my Secondary router IP address knowing that I have previously re-configure its IP address ? I cannot recall the Secondary router IP address thus I cannot go inside to see the setting.

Sounds a bit strange....

Your best option is to probably do a factory reset on the secondary router and start over via the default IP address and password.
