Okay so I know it may seem like it's my hardware from the title, but first I want to make sure I'm not wasting money while there could be a free and easy solution or if it isn't my hardware.

So basically, Sunday I turned my PC on and I went onto Discord to play with a few friends. Quickly I realized my audio worked but my microphone didn't. I tested it and it registered no input. So I updated the drivers and restarted my PC. This time however, when reinstalled it, my computer couldn't detect any networks. It had the symbol of the 4 bars and a white star on my sign in menu.

Once I got past the sign in menu, my wifi icon was missing from the bottom right. I went into settings, and my wifi settings were missing. I tried all trouble shooting, changing adapter settings, but everything was normal. I tried checking windows for damaged files, none showed up. I disabled my computer's permission to disable my network card to save electricity, nothing worked. It is detected as a device, but windows doesn't want to give me the wifi options. It doesn't even seem like it's scanning for networks.

I took my side panel off, took out my wifi card and booted my PC. In the sign in menu, I had the little icon with a red sign on it. I placed the card back in and it returned to the previous issue.

I googled a lot and I just can't find a solution. I checked my driver events and it said "Device not migrated". So I downloaded my drivers onto the phone and transfered onto the PC with USB. After reinstalling drivers, it still said the device isn't migrated. I reinstalled it again, this time in compatibility, and no fix still.

When trying to use USB tethering from my phone, it detected it on my PC but it said "No internet". Probably on my phone's end. Does it use 4G or my wifi, on a side note? My phone has no 4G plan, but it was connected to my wifi.

Someone please help, or at least give me pointers that it is my hardware. Support is useless, no articles worked, and to add to it, when on Microsoft's page, all they did to other people was link the FAQ or other help topics which helped no one with my issue, and then proceeded to stop helping after two replies top. Someone please help.

Solution
In that case, I will reinstall win10 and see if it helps. Definitely do not update those drivers, win 10 default ones should be fine.
If you don't want that, I will just get a usb wifi instead.
I hate those driver conflicts.
Will post specs tomorrow when I get onto my computer for a more specific list of hardware, but here's what I have from the top of my head.
Windows 10 (The free edition)
RX480 8GB
I5 4690K standard clock speed
16 GB RAM
1TB WD Blue hard drive
2TB WD Blue hard drive
Z97-P mother board

From my search history, my network card model is
Realtek RTL8192CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC

As for the microphone issue, yes it was resolved.

When I got my computer windows was offering the free win10 with limited features. Not being able to afford a proper windows, I went for that. However I heard they stopped offering that anymore, and the installation files are gone off my PC.
1.) Is there any way I can reinstall it without buying one just yet? I have an awful lot of spending and saving to do sadly.
2.) Will reinstalling this affect what I have installed? I have over 2TB of data and very slow internet. Wouldn't want to reinstall it all.

So yeah. I went to a family friend who owns an IT shop. I brought the PC over, he plugged in his network usb, and it wouldn't do anything either. Reinstalled and did everything to drivers, only ethernet worked. Eventually, I just reinstalled windows and that fixed it.
Shame that Windows causes such issues with the only solution to waste time and possibly lose data by reinstalling. Thanks for your help.
