No Win 7 (32 bit) Audio Drivers for Asus Moboard PTGV-DM

Hello,
Wher can I obtain Win 7 (32 bit) audio drivers for Asus moboard PTGV-DM? I have a HP Pavillion Slimline s7421c desktop and have no sound. Or is there a narrow sound card for this computer?

Downloaded the drivers, installed them and still no sound. Its probably the sound card.
I will build my wife a computer from scratch. Thank you for all your assistance in this matter.
