No windows 10 download yet?

prob been ask many times but I with windows 7 has not got the download yet and my brother with windows 8 has not got the download?

wuauclt.exe /updatenow

wuauclt.exe /updatenow in CMD and search finds wuauclt.exe /updatenow but running it does nothing at all.

sorry I think it's wuauclt.exe/updatenow without any spaces
