no wireless icon in network adapter

I am using windows 7 ultimate 32bit ,
I have wireless card of 1.0 version but it is not enabled.

Please tell me how to enable it.
There is no wireless icon in network adapter

In start, search for Network and Sharing Center, it should be the first result. Then, in the left pane, click on "Change adapter settings"

Here, could you see your wireless network adapter? If it is grayed out like the one showed below, try double clicking on it. Windows will then try to enable the adapter.
