no wireless or sound after win10 upgrade

I'm an absolute novice so please use basic instructions if you can answer

I installed the upgrade on my toshiba satellite everything seems ok except i cannot connect to the internet via wireless only ethernet cable and there is no sound. I have run a toshiba diagnostic and it offers no resolution

has anyone any idea what to do please?

i ought to add that the upgrade was from win 7 home my laptop is the toshiba satellite L750

You obviously need to get windows 10 drivers from toshibas website

trouble with that is my model isn't listed on their supported devices

however went on their online support and found updated drivers
