My specs:
Gigabyte H61m-spv2
Patriot viper 1866 cl 10 series 2x4gb
core i5 2320

I've been trying to manually overclock my ram since there is no xmp profile option, my bios is the latest available on gigabyte's site, and when I try changing the frequency multiplier I only have the option of 13.33, 10.66, 8 or auto. Help plz :/

Really? But I searched up it's supported oc frequencies and it says up to 2200mhz. The motherboard is a rev 2.0 btw
Yes, it says Support for DDR3 2200(OC)/1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules , however if you will follow the recommendation "Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information" you will see that any memory that is above 1333 is gonna downgrade to 1333, so that thing line about supporting 2200 is probably a mistake. Also, you can visit MB manual at page 8 and see that it contains this line: "Support for DDR3 1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules".
I'm afraid such frequencies (2133 actually) can be achieved on z68 only, any other chipset will downgrade it to lower frequencies.

Btw, I took a look at websites...

The H61 MB can only support up to 1333mhz RAM, like you said you had the option for the 13.33 ( 1333mhz), 10.66 (1066mhz), or 8 ( 800mhz) only, you can't oc the RAM to 1600mhz or up. Sorry.

Btw, I took a look at websites of other vendors, ASRock has a note about H61:
Note1: Due to the configuration of chipset, the H61 default speed is 1333 MHz even with K series CPU
