noctis 450 case fans

The fans on my noctis 450 won't run and I can't figure out why. My h110i liguid cooler is running fine but I can't get the case fans to have power.

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs?
2| Have you made sure you've made the appropriate connections to the PSU/motherboard to ensure that the fans are powered correctly?
3| You're not using the bundled fan hub, now, are you?

Further reading, white header will connect to the motherboard, black 3 pins are for fans, black 2 pin header is for molex.
