it propably does even with 65W cpu. Still, its such perfect fit & so tight build...
8/10 even if you don't perfrom as full build.
10/10 if they make water loop for both cpu & gpu in that size.

The fan they went with is the NF-B9 not the NF-A9.

It will certainly handle 65W with ease. I'm running a 65W Ryzen with the stock cooler in my Louqe and it has no issues cooling it. And I'm even using a passive PSU (Silverstone Nightjar) and a passive 1050 Ti (Palit).
Almost 100% certain I will get the Noctua cooler when upgrading my CPU for a newer Ryzen and also looking forward to having the passive 1650 Ti (but hoping Palit will make a new passive 3000 series).
