Question Noctua D15s vs Enermax Liqmax 240

Looking at these two coolers to go with the i5 9600k, which of them is better, regardless of price (as if I have them both or they are the same price in my region, which are both kinda true). I realize air coolers are easier to install, more reliable and easier to maintain, I will take that into consideration but mainly asking for the performance of the coolers. Which one should I pick? If its close then I will just go with the noctua.

Both are pretty good coolers, the noctua will probably last longer because watercooling has all sorts of malfunctions like the pump failing, leaks, etc... I'd probably go for the 240mil rad because of how it looks in the case personally but its up to you. Both are very capable in terms of temperature and ability to overclock.
