I'm looking for cheaper alternatives to the Noctua range preferably with LED but if good enough I don't mind so much.

The Noctua models I am interested in finding equivalents or 'good enoughs' for are: NF-F12, NF-A14 & NF-P12

All must be PWM and if there are any "industrial" equivalents I'd like to consider those as well (3000 RPM versions). Ideally I don't really want to spend over £6-£10 per fan, the cheaper the better really.

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you!

I stopped using PWM fans .... for radiators and case air flow single because there are on;y two PWM headers on a MoBo and I want more control channels than that. The Phanteks PCB takes a PWM signal and powers up to 11 standard DC fans. So gives you all the advantages of PWM and none of the disadvantages.... as the PWM action takes place at the hub, no PWM buzz or clicking noises.

I have 16 Phanteks (1200 rpm) fans in my current build, running on 4 channels between 325 and 850 rpm.

The two PWM channels control the two water pumps
The three CHA headers each control a set of fans via a OCB hub using FanXpert2
-(6) Case Fans
-(6) Rad Fans on 420 rad
-(4) Rad Fans on 280 rad

As for 3,000 rpm fans, I haven't seen or thought about those in years.... not sonce the days of 30 fpi radiatros. I can put up with 1200 rpm for an hour or so running a stress test, but 850 is my limit for anything longer. Couple of alternatives (w/ VAT):

For PWM, might wanna try chasing down some of these on your side of the pond:

The Corsairs I think go up to 2350 but they loud at that point
