Noctua fan noise

Will i be able to hear my pc with 2x 140mm Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000 PWM and 1x 120m Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM if the pc is in another room? 40-45db.

Noctua's shouldn't be able to be heard right next to you as long as you have them spinning at a low RPM. If it's in a separate room, even at max RPM you shouldn't be able to hear it.

Normal 140mm fans top out at 1300, possibly 1500 rpm.
That is very quiet sitting next to them.
You can hear it, but it is not objectionable.

The industrial 3000 version can run at 3000 rpm.
That will be louder, but I doubt that it would be more than a hum if place in another room with the door closed.
