Noctua fans, PWM or not

I have a Silverstone SG-09 case and I need to install additional fans as my video card is running too hot (maximum 73 in open air as compared to 82 when in the case). I want to buy two additional 90 mm fans and one 80 mm fan for exhaust from Noctua. They have the same fans with or without PWM. Which one should I buy? I don't have available connectors on the motherboard, I will use the power supply. But I am thinking that perhaps in the future these fans will be more useful if they have the PWM function too. Which one do you recommend?
